    Renting a stroller from an off-site compeny is a better plan, in my opinion. The stroller is delivered to and picked up from the hotel, can be taken anywhere, is more comfortable than the Disney one, and costs less.

    Or the two 9yos riding together and an adult riding alone. Or take advantage of 'baby swap'. Either way, no one can answer the OP's question except the OP because it really comes down to whether she is willing to make the small adjustments that traveling with a toddler requires.
