Demolition is actually usually the fastest, easiest part of construction. Those buildings are pretty simple and will be backstage, so I don't think that's really an issue here.

Rivers of Light looks teeny compared to Fantasmic. I'd be interested to see a numbers comparison on these. I guess it also depends on if they're planning to do multiple shows of RoL a night and how long it is. It seems like a big loud show happening on the water multiple times a night would be...
