Getting worried - Yacht versus Beach Club

I don't really want to switch but don't want to spend a fortune for a run down room either.

Getting worried - Yacht versus Beach Club

We are booked at the Yacht Club from 12/2 thru 12/9 but based on the post here and a few other forums, I am second guessing my choice. I am wondering if the Beach Club would be a better choice because of the renovated rooms. It is just me and my wife - in our 40's. Would love to hear some...

    Offsite Dinner Shows

We are definitely leaning towards Sleuth's for the night out with my mom and maybe the Titanic Dinner experience for just me and the wife.

    Offsite Dinner Shows

What caused the wait outside? Inappropriate in what way? Sitting next to others isn't a deal breaker for us, the food on the other hand may be. Joe

    Cape Coral Trip

My wife and I are heading down for 2 weeks next year (starting the weekend after Thanksgiving 2016). We have a place booked in Cape Coral and then we head over to Disney for the second week. This will be our first time staying in the Cape Coral area (we are renting a house from HomeAway). We...

    Offsite Dinner Shows

It is just me and my wife going (we are in our 40's) but we may bring my mother to one of the shows (she is 71). Last trip we went to Medieval Times and we thought it was pretty good. We are thinking about 1 or 2 dinner shows for our stay at Disney. We have done the Spirit of Aloha and the Hoop...

    Travelling with a new partner.

Brucie, Yes I have lived this one. I was married 20 years and went to Disney with my ex every other year with our daughter since she was 9. Then we continued to go without our daughter. We had plans to celebrate our 20 year anniversary there, 2 months before leaving she announced she was having...

Am I the only person who thinks Beach/Yacht Club pool is overhyped & overrated?

Some of us have been to Disney many times and are now going as adults with no children. Relaxing at EPCOT or spending the day at the pool is relaxing, just like many people choose a cruise ship or a beach. We just happen to choose to relax in the Disney enviroment.

Am I the only person who thinks Beach/Yacht Club pool is overhyped & overrated?

Any thoughts on the pool in December, we will be on the gulf coast the week starting Sat after thanksgiving 2016 followed by the YC the following Friday for a week. Will the pool be too cols? Will there be less people? With the pool seeming to be one of the selling points, i want to make sure...

Am I the only person who thinks Beach/Yacht Club pool is overhyped & overrated?

We were going to stay at WL but we were concerned about the construction. Never stayed at the YC or BC but ate at Cape May once.
