Monsters Inc Laugh Floor Concept Art

And whats wrong with that? To me taking the Turtle Talk idea and expanding on it is a great idea. I know its something that my whole family can see.

How to win the Year of a Million Dreams

As a parent, its the way they treat my daughters. From asking my oldest where her palace is located, too letting her captain the Mark Twain. Posing in pictures, or taking pictures, I've always been impressed with the work CMs do.

    Tinkerbell Meet and Greet

This rumor has resurfaced in a number of places and when you consider that Tink will be getting a voice and the fairies line is starting up, this may become more than a rumor.

Say "NO!" to Pixie Dust pins!

The biggest thread there is "Year of a Million letdowns" with 75 posts. Only 6 were negative. The thread you were talking about was more about the rules of the contest, was less than 30 posts. With over 100,000 members, people aren't complaining to any large degree(maybe 15 people). In the...

    Monorail Expansion

We went from .35 lb for 1010 slit steel coils to .55 lb. in the last couple years. Whats interesting about concrete is that the supply is there(Mexico) but there is a law on the books that limits the amount that can be imported, thus a shortage as U.S. companies can't keep up with the need.

Backlot Tour May Go Bye Bye

How about a special effects set that, like your picture, shows the Kraken take down the Black Pearl. Throw in one more for Narnia(throw in some snow in a large enclosed warehouse combined with an action sequence) and the tram tour has meaning once again. Or throw in the incredibles ride in...

Why does the Boardwalk have no atmosphere?

Its really a DVC resort first, unlike WL and BC. The main pool is surrounded by the villas, the community center is there for DVC members, and there is more activity on this side of BW as opposed to the Inn side. I've stayed twice as a DVC member and love it. The days were spent at the...

Backlot Tour May Go Bye Bye

Glad you like the title. Any idea what will replace BTTF? TFATF has a robotic arm move a couple cars towards the tram and then has them hanging there. I've only seen pictures as I've yet to take advantage this year of the buy a day get the whole year free promotion. I completely agree...

Backlot Tour May Go Bye Bye

Too bad you couldn't have the trams drive though the car stunt show, with or without any cars going by you(better with). You could just divert the tram when an actual show was taking place(or imagine actually incorporating the tram into the show.

Backlot Tour May Go Bye Bye

Too bad Ten Commandments is gone and the Mummy and Fast & the Furious are a 10 on the lame scale. Throw in a very outdated Back to the Future Ride, a scaled back Mummy Ride(that replaced the only good family ride, ET), a marginal Jurassic Park ride needing lots of love you end up with a few...

Why does it matter where you buy?

Small correction its 11 months. If you don't care where you vacation or can only book at 7 months or less, buy at any resort.

    Pics of Midway Madness?

3D, 3D, don't forget the 3D angle. 8 person cars, 10-12 rooms, hidden characters and scenes behind hidden characters and scenes. All art to be done by Pixar, etc. etc. etc.

    Quick 8/17/06 Epcot Park Update

If thats the case, why don't they go with three orange and 1 green centrifuges instead of the 2-2 split?

    Contemporary Concourse Refurb

Plus the new rumored DVC is connected at the 4th floor based off of photos. The new arcade will be crowded with DVC guests as well if the rumors turn out to be true.

Is it worth it to become a DVC member

Somehow your info is messed up. Lets look at three situations comparing only the annual fee and the cost of a moderate: Comparing Studio to Moderate(I'll assume 20% discount off rack) Sunday to Friday: 5 days cost 60 points or $240 in annual fee. Rate at moderate would be over $600 when...

DDP offers trade-in special and value-classy meals during free-dine

Since the average dinner meal isn't $50(more like $35) we are actually looking at $35 compared to $20. Additionally if this can be done on kids meals then this is a very good deal. Plus its an additional option, which is never bad.

Nemo Ride - Nov 2006 (Disney Visa)

We are talking about Epcot which isn't known as the most kid friendly park. Smart to push that angle. Combine that with Walt's original intent of rides for the whole family, makes alot of sense to me.
