    How Was Your Skipper?

Bad enough that it convinced us a long wait isn't worth the gamble of getting another bad one. My group is kind of soured on the ride. That's interesting, because I always get the same jokes to the point where I was under the impression that deviating from the script is looked down upon. Does...

News Walt Disney World casting for a new experience celebrating Encanto

I figured it out; World Celebration is named after what you do when this show finally leaves! (And don't do when they inevitably replace it with something just as obnoxious and lame.)

News Bluey To Join Disney Experiences at its U.S. Theme Parks and Cruise Line Beginning in 2025

I love Bluey. I really do. Especially if they include Muffin, which I hope they do. But does this mean we're losing Muppet Vision for just an updated Disney Jr meet and greet and maybe an updated show over at the mess that is Animation Courtyard? It seems unlikely to me we're going to get...

WOW - What a week at WDW

Rides being down during your Lightning Lanes should give you compensation. It should detect it automatically and give you a special pass that can be used at other rides (without needing to book). Did you ask anyone about it? The CMs at the front should have explained that.

News Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros closing for refurbishment in early January 2025

I like Gran Fiesta Tour, but also realize it's not a particularly great ride, but also don't expect them to replace it with anything better. It's one of the rare moments of actually attempting to compromise on the theme, they're not doing that again. Also, dear god, don't mess with the...

News Monster Inc Land Coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios

Wanted to share this from Pop Century's wreath decorating contest. Most likely inspired by recent events.

My bet: CommuniCore Hall isn't going to look good for this festival either.

News Big changes coming to EPCOT's Future World?

Light sprinkles in Epcot, nothing worthy of taking cover yet but the forecast calls for it to be worse. Edit: Brief downpour. There's a pair of stantions spread over part of the lights but I'm not sure if that means anything (it's not a line, just one rope).

Future of the Hollywood Tower of Terror

They keep replacing anything with any kind of frightening edge (It's Tough to Be a Bug, Dinosaur) and seem to love the idea of thrill rides with happy upbeat themes (removing all sense of tension from Splash). It makes me worried for this.

News Monster Inc Land Coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios

I would not be excited about a MI dark ride, but I would at least be willing to try it. I am never getting on the door coaster.

News Disney Plus Now Embedded Into Resort TV’s

Did you hear people need to come back at the end of the day and we paid for a nice resort specifically because we enjoy having a day in the middle to relax? Seriously, is this where we're at now? You stay in an 800+ room and Disney isn't obligated to make the stuff in it work?

News Disney Plus Now Embedded Into Resort TV’s

This is a nice change regardless of still needing to have a subscription. The casting system is super hit and miss. Sometimes it's fine. Sometimes it keeps dropping in the middle of my movies. Once I stayed club level at a deluxe resort for four nights and it did not work at all the entire...

News Disney Plus Now Embedded Into Resort TV’s

This is nice news, but I've also heard they removed the option to cast other streaming services. Is that true?

News Tiana's Bayou Adventure - latest details and construction progress

I blame this "look, it's her kitchen and it looks so much like a real place, this is her REAL PLACE" queue/mindset for the huge downgrades in signs and structures outside of the ride. Big, visually interesting statues of characters? That's something you see at a theme park. We're not in a theme...

Walt Disney World Holiday Season 2024

Oh, look, someone at Disney ran to Home Depot and spent around 200 bucks! Cute. Maybe next year we can get a few strands of real lights held up with command hooks. Once again, I cannot believe people are actually praising their pathetic, half baked efforts.

Wish (Walt Disney Animation - November 2023)

Why on Earth is this character still meeting in Epcot and why were they still playing the terrible star song on Spaceship Earth during Food and Wine? Disney, when you release a terrible film, at least have the decency to be ashamed.

It seems odd to list multiple payment options as a benefit of this system when it takes less payment options than a regular cash register does.
