REVIEW - Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Disney's Hollywood Studios

Sort of like BatB and TLM at HS. Just a couple more decades...

Star Wars Land announced for Disney's Hollywood Studios

Two separate complaints - the land is dead and there is no OT presence. If you wanna argue it’s dead have at it - that wasn’t the complaint I was defending. I agree it is dead. But there’s as much if not more OT presence of death than the new trilogy’s presence of death.

Star Wars Land announced for Disney's Hollywood Studios

Not to mention Chewie, astromechs, gonks, ithorians, probe droids, wampas, smelter droids, R2D2, sarlaccs, worts, dianoga's, oil baths, landspeeders ... If GE were a film, fan's of the OT would gripe about how it had TOO MUCH fan service shoved in their faces.

REVIEW - Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Disney's Hollywood Studios

Why are more people not excited to see the return of metal sporks? Might just be the only “cut” element to make a return!

DD has a "gift shop" half which I BELIEVE doesn't require reservations? You can see into the whole space from the gift shop.

Star Wars Galaxy's Edge First Impact on Stock

If its open for 16 hours a day that's 64 slots of 15 builders X $200 each is $192,000 revenue. Assuming 40% profit thats about $77,000 per day, or 28 million per year. They're still better off churning out remakes.

So what changes will we see at DHS GE based on DL GE?

From videos it looks like the metal sporks are at DHS. Do you think this is just for the previews?

Star Wars Land announced for Disney's Hollywood Studios

They could buy that triceratops from Universal, cover it in fur, and have a jawa ride it through the streets. Would be awesome.

    News Roger E. Broggie overhaul

Still in Strasburg as of yesterday. The tour guide was very clear that they had no idea who the owner was or why this engine was in their shop ;)

So what changes will we see at DHS GE based on DL GE?

This all is very reminiscent of when the Special Editions came out: "We spent a zillion dollars developing these high tech worlds to give fans the Star Wars experience you've always dreamed of!" "But all I want are people walking around in rubber masks. Why did you get rid of those? I hate this now"

News Star Wars Galaxy's Edge Disneyland opening reports/reviews

I followed the opening fairly closely and totally never heard about this street show that was apparently only one once during previews. Any signs that this could come back? I love the 90's pyro stunt show vibe.

Star Wars Land announced for Disney's Hollywood Studios

It's a LITTLE shocking... seems like it'd be easier to shoot it at DL which is more finished (and apparently equally unoccupied :p )
