Eating at San Angel Restaurante when there are many better options for this type of food at WDW (Shoutout to Frontera Cocina, La Cantina de San Angel and even Pecos Bill's).

Dinosaur is tops for me, not only do I just enjoy the ride and all it entails. But I especially love looking at the picture from the ride afterwards and seeing my family's reactions (which is usually a combination of terror and pure joy).

I like that the GOTG ride is coming to Epcot. I think the changes being done to Hollywood studios are great compared to what used to be, like the stunt show, backstage tour, who want to be a millionaire, etc... Dinoland is low key great. And Ohana is just a so, so place to eat.

Liberty Tree Tavern is always a solid place to eat in MK, as well as many of the monorail resort restaurants that were mentioned above.

Agreed you can't overestimate how nice it is to be able to walk out of either the Beach Club or the Boardwalk and be at Epcot in such a short time. Though like everyone else has said, AK Lodge is very beautiful and has its own unique perks.

We always go to Magic Kingdom first, after an early flight in, and then usually have dinner at somewhere in MK or at one of the resorts on the loop.

Correct, you will not be able to use your points for a cruise if you are buying resale. But you will still be able to use them for Hilton Head and the Grand Californian at Disneyland.
