Uh.....what's wrong with Walt's original vision of the Florida project? I thought it was an amazing idea. If it had been built, I think a lot of the cities in the US at least would be dramatically different than today's same old same old.

Why are rides breaking down and being evacuated "news" all of a sudden like there's some systemic problem? Rides have ALWAYS broken down. People ALWAYS get evacuated. Alarms go off accidentally. It seems people post these daily now as news stories. Stop panicking, people!

Disneyland's probably seems more efficient because their guests are mostly APs and just know the process. WDW is like going through airport security at Christmas...there are so many newbie travelers that it's a nightmare.

You prefer taking EVERYTHING out of your pocket, putting it into a bin, waiting for the people in front of you, walking through the detector, grabbing all your stuff from the bin, and putting it all back into your pocket OVER just walking through with your phone by your head? I hate to even...

No offense to Festival of the Lion King cast because I LOVE that show, especially the Tumble Monkeys. But, if you think a Cirque show is the same as FoLK, you have no idea the training and talent it takes to put on one of those shows. The strength and performance ability of the Cirque athletes...

I think if people understood the complexity of the attraction, they might appreciate it more. But, it normally works so flawlessly, that it comes off as simple to most people.

I thought they had learned their lesson about painting the monorail supports from the awfulness that is the Polynesian track and supports. Sigh.

I miss your posts. For a while we had amazing on the ground photos from you and aerial photos from Bio. Lately it seems there's a ton of just blabber on the boards because of the lack of photos. So, thanks for bringing back the imagery, @WDWtraveler
