If your budget can tolerate it go with Polynesian...the monorail convenience will be great for the grandparents...it may be their last visit, so make sure they enjoy everything, including their resort...I think Polynesian is the best choice. Aside from what i just said...the theming is awesome...

Not that its worth much, but here is my opinion. I think you should try to stay on property either POR or the value resorts...I just don't see the purpose of renting a house off property. The money you will spend on renting SEVERAL mini vans will probably come close to killing any money...
