Like many others we enjoy the Flame Tree, but if it's really hot out we will head over to the Pizzafari as the indoor area is large enough that you can usually find a set in the air.

We will be staying a week or so before you, also for our first time. I think others have answered your questions, you will need to plan on 30 mins or so for trip to any park besides AK. We will also be trying Boma. Will have a full report when we return. Hope you enjoy your trip!

My son has grown to like Duffy. We are planning on attending MNSSHP in Sept so he will be excited to hear this.

Would love to have another character meal, but I agree with those that have felt rushed through this restaurant. We have eaten here for breakfast a couple times and have always felt rushed out the door.

My family went once and really do not have a desire to go back. As mentioned the food was just ok and the overall show was rather boring. If you want a good show I recommend the Hoop De Doo, very entertaining, we go back anytime we get a chance.

Haven't had the luxury of staying in a Deluxe yet, but will be in 25 days. We will be at the AKL and will report back. And yes i'm a little excited :sohappy:

As long as your kids are doing well in school and will make up the work, I say go for it. We have done this with my son and it's nice to be able to visit the park when it's not as busy and the flower festival is beautiful. Enjoy!

It's always hard to predict, but overall October is a good month to go. As others have said weather is getting cooler and most kids are back in school so it won't be as busy as the summer. No matter what - you will have a great time! Enjoy!
