I don't believe they're considering Zootopia land, especially since I think it only deserves one ride per theme park, not an entire land! What they could be considering (but shouldn't) is Zootopia Mountain. Is Disney trying to get rid of their customers? Only time will tell.

The word I used was closed. The closing, Rocket Rods, closing, rotting is very saddening. PeopleMover at WDW wasn't a direct clone per se (open top vs. closed top) but the ride experience was similar.

Toy Story needs an appropriate land in each park to clone it in... the problem is that Hong Kong and Shanghai don't have a place to put it. Buzz Lightyear needs to go space exploring instead of planting himself into the Magic Kingdoms of the world. Soarin' and IASW definitely need to be cloned...
