The atmosphere for DA Cafe could be like the queue for Disneyland’s Runaway Railway. With props from the characters' adventures. It would have to be out of reach of people's hands though, like inside cases. Because you can't trust people to be respectful. There's too many dirtbags in the world.

I think it's possible to build above the center dropoffs. Because Magic Kingdom itself has always been above ground. Most of it is on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor if you consider it a basement).

The sections on the left and right can be used. I'm not sure about the center, they would have to build above the section and make the dropoff section like a basement.

You don't want to make the park too Mexican though. Afterall your supposed to be entering into new worlds. That would be like making only American themed lands in Florida and California.

I never got the appeal of the speedway. Especially for fat people like myself who don't want to be out in the sun. I try to avoid it, I'd get back to the beginning with a sweat filled vehicle. It would look like someone had filled up a bath.
