I don't have a LOT of experience at the Boardwalk (just one night in fact) but it was enough to convince us to stay there again next year. One caveat, if you turn in early/are a light sleeper, just know that the boardwalk can stay quite active (i.e. Loud) well into the wee hours. But the views....

This happened to us last August... MK was packed... it was HOT... it was HUMID... we were waiting in an hour line (outside) for Splash... after that we just went back to the pool and both said "i think i'm done w/ Disney for awhile!" ... that thought last for about 2 weeks and then we were...

Anytime i see a trip report at the same time that i was there i'm scouring the pics to find myself in the background... so far no luck though! :bored:

Never stayed at POR personally, but i'm pretty sure you don't wake up to this there....

QS - tough one... sitting on Main St. w/ a foot long Chili Dog from Casey's Corner. But also Les Halles - especially for breakfast when the France pavilion is nearly empty TS - Sanaa (and nothing else is a close second!) Signature - Artist's Point Character - only done Tusker and Chef Mickey's...

I too AM the significant other who got hooked... My wife had been many times growing up, and a year after we started dating her family had planned a trip and i went along for my first visit, Jan. 2013... which was followed by a Jan. '14 trip... which was followed by a Disneyland '15 trip...

I should just clarify that that is in no way my photo... although the vantage point and lack of any diners in the photo probably gave that away (not to mention the quality... )

They have a couple of different options for seating. We go to Sci-Fi everytime we got to Hollywood Studios, mainly for the experience but we've never had a terrible meal there.

Saw it in 3D last night - it was really good. Emma Watson was perfect, as was most of the cast. Wasn't a huge fan of Emma Thompson's singing of 'Beauty and the Beast', but really good nonetheless

This! The one time we rented points (before buying DVC ourselves) we stayed at AKL for a week and saved about $1000 vs going thru Disney

Ate here our last night back in September. The fried chicken was amazing. And Art was walking around talking to guests.
