It could help with guest satisfaction though. Many people (including myself) may not go back if their experiences are continually horrible. It's not fun having to deal with loud guests on their phones and linecutters with large groups.

I think South America deserves their own Disney parks. Judging from my September trip they really love Disney and come in very large groups. This way they don't have to come to Florida as much. And it would help with crowd control. They could make it even more South American themed.

This would actually be perfect where Winnie the Pooh currently resides in Bayou Country. Because he unfortunately doesn't make sense for the area anymore. Because of the name change. That used to be where Country Bears was originally so it seems perfect.
