What's your "go to", "cannot miss" meal at the world.

Is this still a perk? Don't they now open up Main St an hour before the rest of the park? I used to book this ressie but haven't in a few years so I was curious if it was still beneficial in this manner.

That is incredibly thoughtful of you! I hope you do make it down. Not just because it would benefit me, but every one should go to Disney as much as possible!

News Disney testing smart speakers in guest rooms at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club

I completely agree. As someone with multiple Google Home Minis in his house, I look forward to the day that eventually lights and shades end up being operated by smart home technology in hotels. I've become so accustomed to having my house turn on my lights it would be nice to have the same...

I really hope they made an agreement with Google to change the trigger from "Hey Google" to "Hey Mickey"

LMAO!! I didn't even think of someone interpreting it like that. Oh man, thanks for that laugh.

That is very true! I guess I can't be too sad, we do have baby's first trip planned for November '19! :)

Took 24 years but it finally happened...

I've been traveling to WDW for almost 24 years. First with my parents as a child (thanks guys!) and then making it a yearly trip as an adult. I'm coming from New England and have traveled at all times of the year. July, August, Sept, Oct, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar. I was always able to dodge the...

    Liberty Tree Tavern Dinner

I saw on a couple of Disney blogger sites that the lunch menu changed for LTT Lunch. The platter is available and the dessert that comes with it is a trio. I was wondering if anyone went to dinner there recently and if the dessert is still the same or if it's the trio. We are eating there next...

Breakfast: Kona Cafe (Tonga Toast every time even though I tell myself I' going to try something different and look over the menu when I sit there every single time) Lunch: Via Napoli Dinner: We don't really have a go-to. If I had to pick, Ohana.

    Getting to Boma

Thanks for all the feedback. I'm going to have to have a chat with the wife to see how badly she really wants this. We are very early risers (I'm up at the gym for no later than 5:30am) so that part isn't too much of an issue. And this is going to be a much more relaxed vacation with much less...

    Getting to Boma

That's a great suggestion. I've never actually used either service in WDW (did a couple of times at DL though). Is there a particular location the service will meet us at SSR? Thanks again!

    Getting to Boma

Hi all! My wife and I are staying at SSR next week and we decided to give Boma a try for breakfast. I got a 7:30am ressie since we have AK FastPasses starting at 9am that day. I think the only way to get there from SSR would be to take the bus to AK and then from there to AKL, correct? Figured...

Dining Suggestions for a Honeymooning Couple

My wife and I went to the California Grill for our wedding night dinner. It was a perfect night. I surprised my wife with it and made sure to book a time shortly before the fireworks. We went down about 45 min early and said we just got married and were hoping for a window seat. They were very...

    Little Bolter

Well, I'll fully admit that I've had a chuckle or two at these in the past there's always the option of using one of those backpacks with a "leash" attached.

    Frozen Meet and Greet

I would try and get a FP for Frozen Ever After about an hour or so after opening and then I would go straight to the M&G. Once you're all done with that it will be time for your FP and you're right there.
