    3 hours running through shin deep snow. Heart rate peaked the entire time. Fell off the side of a steep hill/mini cliff and jacked my wrist. Kept going. Do you want more pain? Yes please.

    30 miles through slush and snow. This was a tough one. Lots of hills, sliding back and felt like i was not getting anywhere. Full body plant after tripping on a root. Forced myself to bonk and run through it. Feet soaked and frozen from start to finish. It was a good day ;-)

    Miles and miles all alone out in the bush. Shin deep snow made for good leg burning. Happy joy! Stopping for coffee at my aid station /car before heading back out Trudging deep in the woods. All alone ;-)

    You need better / proper gloves if your hands are sweating. They shouldnt sweat if the gloves' material is sewn and layered with the correct fabrics.

    20+ miles this morning. Around 30-40 degrees, so shorts were the choice attire. Hit a 5:36 pace for a mile or so and burned 2600 calories total, so I've been hungry all day. One of my clients dropped these at my house today...they may not make it through the night...
