Both myself and the person I was with saw it the same way, but maybe it was just a technical issue that day. It was like being too close to an old movie projector screen and seeing the graininess of the screen itself, if that makes any sense.

I hope so. The ride itself is just a 360 3D screen, and maybe it was experiencing technical issues the day I was there, but it was very blurry looking.

I'm not at all opposed to the Kong/Skull Island concept. I just hope they do something different with the ride than what's currently in Studios Hollywood. It was very disappointing.

There are sick, evil perverts in every walk of life. Unfortunately, unless/until they are caught in the act, they all too often hide undetected in society. I'm sure Disney uses every means at their disposal to screen these types out, but legally, there is only so much they can do.

There is a definite benefit to staying onsite. No doubt you can stay at a quality non-Disney owned hotel for much less though. The Disney resorts are outrageously overpriced. We always stay onsite but refuse to pay rack rate. With a 30% or more discount, the rates are a bit more reasonable...

Some friends did this recently. They enjoyed it very much but said the one downside was it only lasted for one hour. They take you out on the resort savannahs and you get to view the animals up close utilizing night vision goggles.

Resort preference is a personal thing. Different people have different tastes and priorities. AKL is a gorgeous resort with the best theming on property imo. If being close to Epcot was important, I'd stay Beach Club. If I needed to be close to MK, I'd stay GF if I could afford it with 2nd...

I can't imagine that they won't have early entry for both parks, but especially Diagon, beyond Sept. Everyone going to Uni for a long time to come is going to want to experience it. It would be nice if they offered at least a few other attractions outside of the HP areas during early entry too.
