Two things there that really are a sore spot with me. First, the fact that DL has their Christmas parade during regular park hours, for paying park guests, instead of paying park guests getting reduced park hours and no Christmas parade without paying extra for a "Christmas Party". Second...

I certainly hope they offer something beyond what is currently on the calendar for December. Right now it shows only one hour once a week.

This thing has been open just shy of four months now and it still isn't running for most of the hours the park is open? Wow.... If they can't keep it running by now, what's it going to take?

My family has always loved Fantasmic!, and still love it. Updates/upgrades would be welcome, as with all shows and attractions. But, I seriously hope they don't close it entirely. The night parades and shows have always been a huge part of Disney. They have already been without a night...

I completely understand why Disney no longer wants their staff to be responsible for these things. They are expensive and if one is lost or damaged in any way, guess who gets the blame and is expected to absorb that expense? If someone needs to rent a scooter or stroller for their vacation...

I like the new sign. Personally, I would like to see them get rid of more of the "fins" and rocket looking things. They just feel outdated to me.

Exactly. You can't give it to everyone. EP/FP access has to be limited to make the system work as it should. I'm not at all opposed to monetizing the FP system as long as they effectively limit availability, eliminate any kind of tiers, and don't require scheduling.

Universal has had it right all along. Express Pass is so simple and stress free. No scheduling, no pre-planning required at all. Just show up at the park whenever you want and enter the EP line at any EP attraction as you come to it. I've never understood why Disney has to make it so...

Anybody seen a projected completion date for the entrance projects at AK, the TTC and Epcot? Obviously, Epcot will be a mass of construction beyond the entrance for years, but I am curious about the entrance areas specifically.

So from reading other sites/threads it seems the general consensus is that the land as a whole is rather bleak. All beige... no color, no greenery, no music, and not a lot of energy/activity. If this is true, how hard would it be for those issues to be corrected rather quickly? Some...

Just my own uninformed opinion but I believe there is a perfect storm of factors at play right now. Room rates at most Disney resorts are outrageous. Compare to Universal's resorts. And no... I'm not a Universal apologist. I love both Disney and Universal and visit both on trips to Orlando...
