Had my first WDW vacation about 3 years ago with my girlfriend. We mistakenly chose a week in July and I learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN! Those tour groups ruined out vacation, you can't escape them they're everywhere! They even chanted during most of the pre shows on rides like Dinosaur and ToT.

I'll be waiting for you to pop out of the side of the screen Mortal Kombat stlye and yell "Tostie!" mid ride.

Not sure if this is 100% true.When I was there on the 22nd I saw what looked like a higher up assisting Doopey off the tracks after a photo shoot on the bridge. I shouted if it would soft open soon but he said no. I then asked about it opening after the media day and he told me it's scheduled...

I always wondered how they made sure a person wouldn't loose their arms on a coaster, now I know. I still won't do it in SM though lol!

No they are not the BEST ever but they are way better then what we expected. I think they are perfect for the attraction. No matter what though, haters will hate. I am all for complaining when Disney drops the ball(which happens often), but this isn't one of those times in my opinion.

So we can all agree that they won't be cardboard cut outs. i have to say, I'm impressed. I was expecting nothing close to whats in that video. Disney, you have surprised me. Keep it up.......please! lol

My friend was on line for Splash today. He said they closed down the ride due to technical issues.

This is great news, I'm glad it's getting the love it needs. Those elevators can be incredibly uncomfortable in the summer packed with people.

When I took the tour with Phil Holmes last year he mention that the animatronics will be "interesting". I couldn't get him to elaborate on that comment.

My girlfriend and I sat out there during the Christmas party. It was so relaxing and the view was beautiful, sad to see it go.
