Concur. Right now, you can no longer plan a trip to Disney. You just go and experience the everyday proverbial cluster---- that Disney has become. That was very much our experience last December.

We are already there, and I see myself as a prime example. I am a former Disney lover who has lost the faith. We went in December and won't be going back again until some things like GenieCrap are fixed. I am fully in the camp where "the magic is gone!" Universal is a much better option now and...

We were there in December. Very few of the statues worked or did anything. Cast members we asked had no idea why.

We could have. But Bell Service is all about convenience and having help with your luggage. That is why you normally tip them. If they had told us they were that far behind, then I would not have used them to begin with. But waiting until we called for the luggage to state such a delay...

That is what they told me. You mean after getting to our room and then having to go right back down and having tipped the Bell $20...YES...it was indeed a very poor experience. So, you think that was good Bell Service then? 🙄🙄

Bell Service at Disney can be Hit or Miss. We stayed at Gran Destro Tower in December and used the Bell Service. It was fine until we got to the room and called for the luggage. They said they were backed up and it would be several hours before they could come bring it up and if we needed it...

Bring back the talking pirate bird that was once at the entrance of the ride that I remember from about the mid-70s.

It's more than just pricing. If Disney ever wants us back, then they must find a way to fix GenieCrap! We were there last December, and it totally sucks. A fix must include full advance purchase for duration of visit and a way to reserve at least one good ride per day well ahead of time...and...

On a visit in 2018, I enjoyed the prime rib dinner. It was actually very good. My wife got the Jambalaya, but she did not think much of it.

One thing I can say about the Caring for Giants tour is that seeing Elephants is a "hit or miss" situation. While I am sure that many here will say they went on this tour and had a great time, we went in December 2022 and saw no Elephants in the backstage pen where they took us. The cast member...

I was there last month. The burger was "OK" at best, but the fries were way over salted. Did not enjoy the meal. I have had both a steak and ribs during visits to Sci-Fi in the past. Sad how poor the menu has become.
