The district has filed a new notice to hear the motion for summary judgement on March 12 at 2 pm. Disney filed a letter to the judge with a draft order to reflect her ruling yesterday, which I assume will be publicly visible after she signs it.

BTW: the district was supposed to receive a draft of their pricey law professor’s report last week.

Not that I’ve seen. The court website has been updated to show the hearing was set for today but there’s no further information so far.
