Out of all the Studios Disney is getting(Searchlight, Fox 2000, 20CF), I think Blue Sky is the one I have most worries about it's future, I just don't see Disney keeping another Animation studio.

Yeah, but they need the Fox label, Alan Horn said this: You won't be seeing The Favorite or Deadpool on Disney+, or the Disney logos in their intros, Disney is very serious about their brand protection.

They need Fox for the content Disney would never be able to release, movies and TV series like Bohemian Rhapsody, Deadpool, AHS and The Favorite are the type of films Disney wants in their portfolio, and most of them have a small budget so they wouldn't need to worry about profits that much.

I doubt Searchlight and Fx will be Shutdown.

Well, they could release a 4th movie on D+ or Hulu with a smaller budget, remember Iger said that Deadpool will stay R-rated and potentially other r marvel movies could happen

I don't think it's going to take that much time for Brazil to approve it, it's not going to be in jan 30, but it won't be too long after that.

Just a reminder that Brazil's tribunal had it's last session yesterday, and doesn't reconvene again until January 30.
