Exactly. That's why they will eliminate the competition. It's private property. They can literally ban Uber if they want. Cities have done it, A private resort can surely find a way.

Disney provides somewhat adequate transportation from resorts to parks and park to park. My concern is resort to resort. Trying to use Busses to do that is extremely time-consuming. Traveling from resort to resort for food is a central part of the experience for many of us.

fine, that's you. For everyone else on property who is from an urban area and accustomed to using Uber constantly, this is worrying. If you're willing to pay 2-3 times the price for slower service because a cast member is behind the wheel, I have no problem with that. If Disney has no problem...

Obviously you can't ignore that, it's a fact that new attractions are replacing old. But you called them E-Tickets, and it's more than a stretch to classify any of those as such. I love the parks of old but things need to change and evolve. The alternative is that the resort dies.

Well I'm not saying it would impact Uber customers like that. Many cities have and are putting all sorts of hurdles in place to keep out Uber and Lyft, sometimes making it straight up illegal to operate, either because of the clout the taxi industry has or because they perceive it as a pubIic...

I hope they don't try to ban Uber from the resort once their "Minnie Vans" are live.

Finally, resort wide changes. The Gondola system looks great. I'd like to see it expanded and I'm hoping the existing construction and four stops serve as a kind of test run. You could build a hub behind the boardwalk and do a short extension of the monorail to this hub. From there, add a line...
