This X1000. It better have the same emotional impact as RoE has, at a minimum. That will be exceedingly difficult to achieve.

Why don't they keep them open late? Lack of demand? Operational costs? Both?

That is excellent news. With two stops bookending the resort area (DHS and Epcot) it'll make quite the difference!

I think this is a very underrated part of this plan. The Crescent Lake resort area will likely be more crowded. Which is a good thing for the Boardwalk area, and I think it provides dynamics to that area.

I understand timing, it just seems crazy to me that OPs is going to allow another ride to be taken offline at DHS during the rebuild.

Heading to WDW this Easter week/weekend. Not expecting anything, but part of me is holding on to the slight hope that I will catch the beginning of soft openings. But then I'll be going back in July for a conference, so at least I'll get to see it this year.

This is exciting news. World Showcase needs some love, and a ride in the UK, (whatever kind it might be) France, and the possibility of 1-2 more pavilions will really help spread crowds out and away from Soarin, Frozen, and TT.
