They were roaming when I was there, but I got there right when RPW opened so hardly anyone was there. They may move to a spot when there are more Guests going through the area. There wasn't photopass so they seemed to have lots of freedom.

I got there last night at 9:15, they cut the line 5 minutes later (9:20). We were told that everyone who got in the line would get to meet them... I finally got my photo shortly after 12:15. Here are some photos (facebook) I took, but not nearly as good as the ones WDWMagic already posted...

Sounds like Peri and Tink will be the only regular fairies once she debuts - all the others will be dropping to a more random appearance schedule.

I vote Costumes - DH and I like to dress up as less common villains, half the fun from the party is seeing how many Guests even know who we are. Cast Members tend to LOVE us because we wear such uncommon costumes: 2010 - Shego and Drakken 2011 - Yzma and Kronk

It'll be Disney... not because they're better, but because they can squash Universal in size, which simply allows them to have more space for updates/changes/additions. I love both resorts, for very different reasons, but Disney just has more going on at any given time.

I'm not a Tech, but I do know that all Techs hired must have an interest in learning Pyro. So if they ask about that, make sure you're open to the idea!
