This will likely be pretty expensive. We just got back from Dollywood, a nice regional theme park in East Tennessee. The price point for their timesaver pass is $40 per person. The $160 for a family of four keeps usage very very low and makes it worth the cost.

Could be designed as an inward facing donut with a courtyard in the middle. Views from the room could be to the central court (which could be roofed in some way) giving them control over the enviornment without it feeling claustrophobic.
