VGF is $5.41 per point, which is less than BWV, BCV, VWL, and AKV, and not much more than OKW. I don't get all the talk of VGF dues being so high. Yes, they are higher than BLT and SSR.

Well, those of us who like the Grand Floridian and can afford to buy in, will. I think the announcement of the DVC at the Poly last month impacted some VGF sales.

I think point inflation has been going on for the past few years. For the same time frame, OKW is 106 points, while BCV is 134. The point chart inflation has really gone up with BLT, VGC, Aulani and now VGF.

I think availability at 7 months has been pretty good so far, but that probably won't last. That's because DVC declared about 70% of the points into DVC inventory, but has only sold about 20% of all the points so far.

When you buy resale, It will take much longer to get into the DVC system and have your points (resales typically take 6-8 weeks), and you can't make a reservation until then. However, you will save money buying resale. If you buy resale, you cant use Vacation Points to make reservations within...
