At the Wilderness Lodge, any rooms facing the center of the resort (where the pool is located) are considered a Courtyard View.

If you stay in the North Wing looking north, you will see and possibly hear the north side cabins being constructed. If you stay in the North Wing with a pool view, you shouldn't see or hear anything. People staying in the DVC villas on the lake side will see and hear the loudest construction.

I cannot recommend Dreams Unlimited Travel and would caution anyone considering using them. There are so many other travel agencies out there that are far superior.

I agree that overall, especially during the past year, the changes by DVC and Disney have changed my perception of the Disney brand - tarnished their image in my mind.

Disney exercises ROFR to prop up resale values. Their profit margin on selling new points is much greater than selling ROFR'ed points. Disney doesn't want the resale values to plummet, otherwise that would harm their ability to have a high profit margin on new direct sales. Oh, I understand...
