Thanks, i've heard the same thing. I'm pretty happy about this since all I would want is a hot tub and the main pool anyway. Now the tough question will be figuring out which DVC room location to request in order to avoid hearing the east pool construction.

I've done split stays my past 4 trips and I've thoroughly enjoyed them. Disney makes the transition relatively seamless - only stress is packing up your bags. I'd definitely suggest it in your case!

I normally visit Boma 2-3 times in a 7/8 day trip. If you like it, go for it! Personally, I've done BoG dinner a few times and haven't been overly impressed. The french onion soup is great though!

Thanks for your advice. I have actually been to Cali Grill a few times and am aiming to try something new. I think I'll keep Jiko sig as it is something i've wanted to do for a while. I looked into Narcoossee's, but was a bit ambivalent about switching from Jiko.
