I saw a video from the international gateway with a boat pulling out, the Epcot line running, and Rat's construction in the background. That movement adds so much to making that part of the park feel alive.

In an emergency, critical thinking may go out the window. If a guest is on the phone and doesn't know what monorail it is, it's much simpler for Ops on the line to ask them what color the carpet is instead of asking where they were coming from/going to.

AmAd received a digital upgrade in the early past, so I think France, China, and Canada are the only ones still on film. It makes sense that france would get the update, too, as it makes it MUCH easier to alternate IdF and the BatB sing-along.
Enhancements is what MK needs. Show and uptime upgrades to compete with the shiny new toys added around the world (both the Disney one and the Earth one). It does need capacity, yeah, but crowds need to be drawn from it to other parks, who in turn need more capacity.
