Rumor Figment, well, to be replaced by Figment

Yeah, I had mentioned "the restaurant" & I think that's fine. I just don't want their "home", aka where their big attraction is, to move out of DHS.

Rumor Stitch's Great Escape Replacement— Don’t Hold Your Breath

It's weird but I feel like Fox's movies would be a better fit for the parks than The Simpsons, even the R rated ones. Maybe it's because the parks have always favored cinematic series over TV ones.

News Tiana's Bayou Adventure - latest details and construction progress

It really doesn't seem like there's a slow season here in Orlando anymore. Maybe mid August to the end of September, but it's not a long slow season.

Rumor Figment, well, to be replaced by Figment

Yeah I'd be down for that. I would prefer a Muppet dark ride but I'd take what I could get lol I'm okay with bits of Muppets in EPCOT like the restaurant or the mobile Muppet Labs, but they shouldn't "move" to EPCOT.

News Tiana's Bayou Adventure - latest details and construction progress

I do wish they were going with Facillier for the lift hill, but I think it'll still be intense for anyone who's already scared of the drop.

Rumor Figment, well, to be replaced by Figment

That's fine but I don't want them moving their "home" to another park.

News Tiana's Bayou Adventure - latest details and construction progress

No one under the age of 6 was scared of Brer Fox. Hell, even younger kids who've seen a Wile E Coyote or Sylvester cartoon wouldn't have been scared of him lol This isn't Haunted Mansion, Dinosaur or Tower, nothing about Splash's story elements were scary. The scary thing was that you'd know...

News Splash Mountain retheme to Princess and the Frog - Tiana's Bayou Adventure

Well themed sets, a good amount of animatronics & some of the good music from the movie. Limit the usage of screens. That's what they need to do to live up to Splash.

Rumor Stitch's Great Escape Replacement— Don’t Hold Your Breath

Indiana Jones as well, with two separate attractions. Eisner almost got Alien into the parks multiple times too, including the show this thread is about.

Rumor Figment, well, to be replaced by Figment

I hope they still have ideas for a Muppet dark ride. That'd be amazing at DHS. Disney's been pushing Figment hard the past couple years & people have been loving it. I think that's reason enough to think they might be doing something with him. The Muppets should stay at DHS. It's an iconic...

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Opens May 22 2025

The last time I went to HHN I forced myself to eat some crappy snack because all of the other options are even worse. I really hope Universal can step up their food game in the US. The Mario food options in Japan look pretty good. Bring that stuff here too.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind vs TRON Lightcycle / Run

Guardians is my favorite ride at WDW. Tron is probably the most mediocre ride at WDW. It's not contest for me.

News The Walt Disney Company Board of Directors Extends Robert A. Iger’s Contract as CEO Through 2026

They thought they'd make money because of brand loyalty. Then rushed them into production with half-baked scripts from inexperienced writers & largely inexperienced directors (Indy 5's James Mangold excluded).

News Splash Mountain retheme to Princess and the Frog - Tiana's Bayou Adventure

I don't think using the initial box office results are a good justification tbh. There's a high chance that it's gained more popularity over the years. Fantasia was a big bomb that severely hurt Disney at the time. No one would question Fantasia getting this style of treatment nowadays though.

News Splash Mountain retheme to Princess and the Frog - Tiana's Bayou Adventure

I'd feel the Tiana stuff would be overboard if it was multiple parks within the same resorts. But it's being condensed into a ride with a restaurant right next to it; it's an IP with food as apart of the story, so it makes sense to give it a restaurant alongside the ride.

News The Walt Disney Company Board of Directors Extends Robert A. Iger’s Contract as CEO Through 2026

I think it's time for Iger to go too. But this business rat isn't what we want. This dude has bad news written all over him.

I don't care what anyone says, I will always love...

I love Galaxy's Edge, it's a dream come true for me. It seems to be popular with normal guests, but not as much with the hardcore park crowd.

News Disney hints at more changes to come at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom

Cosmic Ray's is fine. They're not the best burgers in the world but they're acceptable. I wish MK had more healthy options that weren't salads though. DAK does a great job at that with all of the rice bowls & like the entirety of the Avatar QS. DAK has the best quick service food at WDW by a...

News Splash Mountain retheme to Princess and the Frog - Tiana's Bayou Adventure

Oh really? That's interesting. I'm glad they're getting something like that because Cosmic is fuuuuun. But I was hoping it'd be original so WDW can steal it. 😂
