Anyone care to venture a guess as to why half of this emergency strip is concrete while the other is grass? I know the break in shrubs/plants is for access to the cables overhead but why not just one or the other?

I don't have any hard facts to bring to the debate but I think there is a reason they stopped painting grand arts theater several months ago. Here is the latest aerials showing no further progress on painting the side facing SWL. it has been this way for several months (6+)

Yes... assuming they don’t use debt to finance said capital investments. I think it’s safe to say most companies will finance with debt, espescially for large investments, in order to keep steady cash flows.

I will say that I never read the HP novels or watched the movies prior to going to Uni and experiencing HP world and I was so impressed that I went home and watched the movies in order over the next several weekends. It is a truely impressive and immersive set of lands.

I can agree with your sentiment but there are other projects whose timelines have been stretched longer while building detail/complexity is lesser; which can be argued was for the benefit of quarterly/annual financials or marketing.

Aside from wider paths and new landscaping are they planning on removing the metal building beside the queue for Path of the Jedi? I assume there would be a permit pulled for something like that so probably not but it seems like a logical structure to remove ti open up space.

This is great news! I assume the central redesign of the area behind SSE will have a dedicated space for “festivals” and other rotating attractions. Time will tell but for now I’m excited for the direction of the park!
