I know of at least one facility that Disney uses for off stage employees that is located on the upper part of I4 in an industrial park type of location, no where close to the parks. There is no reason to keep backstage cast members onsite and if anything I would argue that it makes more sense...

You are correct, there are a number of benches for the adults and bigger kids if they want to and the little ones are invited to sit on the floor up closer to the screen to be able to see Crush. Of course there generally isnt dancing going on with Crush, but more seating at the Disney Jr Venue...
