I'm pretty sure we all as a team has to do one of the three themes (Land, Sea, Space/Sky), and the other two teams complete the other two themes.

Well this is awkward, I'd prefer being on the Sea team. I think the overall idea of Sea has more potential, with or without IPs.

I don't think I know much about the Shire as I would need in order to write this properly. If I'm gonna be honest, I've done some research on LOTR today, this entire project is just foreign to me 😂. I think I'd be able though to figure our the main entrance to the land.

My thoughts is just expanding it, and making it much bigger and grander. The house can be in the center, and then natural pathways through the caves can be scattered to the sides of this? Does this make sense?
