Sorry to sound if I'm complaining. I could have cut the extras but even still it's expensive. I'm just asking the question how do so many people afford to make this trip? The parks are always crowded so people are spending lots of money!
We are only a family of three and just one day in the park ran us over $600. I know you can get passes for several days and save money but we really only wanted a one day. Here is the breakdown...
$238 (admission for 3)
$15 (stroller rental)
$15 (parking)
$25 (Light breakfast)
$100 (Lunch)...
I should have mentioned I was in Magic Kingdom Tuesday and Wednesday only. Luckily we did space Mountain and Thunder with no waits. I was so spoiled I was complaining about the walk just to get to the ride.
Just got back from a trip the 3rd week of Jan and the Harry Porter section was so crowded you couldn't see anything. I'm not waiting over 2 hours for a ride! To walk was even impossible. However, the rest of Universal was empty. We enjoyed both parks in one day.
If you want to go during zero crowds go the week of Jan 23rd. It was the emptiest I ever seen this park! I'm telling you we did not wait more than 5 minutes. For most rides you didn't even wait at all. When we went on POC we asked the castmember for a front row and she said :Heck, take the whole...
I have a 6:40 am flight from NY to MCO tomorrow. We are expecting snow tonight into Friday morning (2-6 inches). If my flight is cancelled what does the airline do (Southwest)? Will we be put on next available flight? Is it first come first serve? Should I get there super early to get a better...
I also go to Universal last week of Jan but I see that it has been so super crowded. i always brag about the last week of Jan being so empty. Does anyone know if this will still be true? seems that with the Harry Potter stuff it's busy all the time!
