What makes you tear up/cry in the parks?

I've never actually cried at Disney World, but plenty of things have given me the chills. Like many of you have already said, Wishes and Illumination do it every time. The first time I spot the Monorail, the entrance of Magic Kingdom with Mickey's face in the plants and the Magic Kingdom sign...

What's The Longest Stretch You Have Gone From Visiting Disney World?

My longest stretch was in between my first and second trip which was from 1990-1994. All of the other stretches were 3 years or less. My current stretch however will match or exceed my longest. Last trip was in 2007 but we plan on going in 2011

Disney Ducks- Do they annoy you?

The only experience I've had with a duck at Disney is one time we were taking a short break eating some ice cream and a regular everyday duck was hanging out behind us. For some reason that I still do not know my cousin freaked out saying things like--Oh COOL a duck--Isn't that the greatest...

    Your slowest WDW day

Our slowest day was one of our November trips. We rode Space Mountain at least 3 times in a row with absolutely no wait. It was pretty awesome

    Giving away your fast passes

my past 3 trips to Disney World someone has given us their fast pass for a ride. Last time it was Space Mountain and the 2 before that were RnRC and Expedition Everest. People have been so nice in giving them to us so any time we decide to ride something else at that time or decide to use the...

    Your First Trip to WDW

My first trip was in 1990 when I was 4. I remember the RV drive down and the excitement that passing into each state brought, knowing we were getting closer and closer. We stayed at Fort Wilderness and one day I was with my grandma and the rest of our group laughed at us as we walked by our...

What are the "strange" things you look forward to?

The last couple times I've been at Disney World we didn't need to use the Monorail.......I insist to ride it at least once each trip just to hear that line. Other strange things I look forward too: Listening to Sonny Eclipse, seeing the first Monorail go by after first entering the property...

What is the strangest thing another guest has asked you in the parks?

Had a person ask me on Main Street where Cinderella's Castle was......I'm 98% sure they were just messing with me but I hold on to that 2% cause it'd be awesome if they really didn't know

Attractions you think will get better But don't

If I had noticed this thread first I would've put my LMA feelings here, seems more appropriate. Been to it twice, didn't enjoy the first time, even less the second time. It's not that I don't like stunt shows, I think Indiana Jones is great.

Is the Great Movie Ride lost on today's youth?

Great Movie Ride has been one of my favorites since the first time I went to Disney when I was 4. It's one of the few things I can still remember vividly from that first trip. I hope today's youth can find a way to appreciate it. On one of our trips, the day we went to Hollywood Studios (MGM at...

Attractions you think will get better But don't

Completely agree. First three times I went in the 90's it was one of my favorites. Now each time it's over I think "Meh...it was ok"

    Attractions you forget about!

Dinosaur is one we always skip, we were unimpressed with it the first time we went on it back in 99 or 2000 (we were unimpressed with the whole park the first time we saw it) and never gave it another chance. I like Animal Kingdom a lot now and don't know why I haven't tried Dinosaur again...

    Hello

Hello everyone! My name is Matt. I've been coming to this site for a long time now but never really visited the forums until a couple months ago and figured it was time to introduce myself. I've been to Disney World seven times, each time at Fort Wilderness. Parents never liked flying and we...
