Storylines of rides should never too complicated. That's why Frozen Journey in Tokyo Disney doesn't work super well as a standalone ride without the context of the film it was based on.

Rupunzel is getting E ticket status because 1. It’s the most hyped attraction (even in Japan) 2. Lower capacity than other E tickets

Very Thoughtfully done.

Even the photos with the 2d screen imagery look good. They blend in very well with their surroundings, 3d will just enhance that experience.

I think Peter Pan was done really thoughtfully although it's not my favorite type of attraction.

I wish… but frozen journey actually looks great now. I thought the composition and “barrenness” needed work but that was just the video. But yeah I agree an tangled E ticket would be glorious

Everything is also just at a more comfortable scale than in hk. The castle is obviously at a life size scale, and the town buildings aren’t as huge and jarring as their hk counterparts.

Looking at more hd footage from frozen journey, it looks much better than it looked in that crappy instagram video and I think it’s really great now…

It's a response to Soarin' being so popular there. I hope it was done tastefully. The ride system isn't the same tech as Spiderman, and is unique to this ride.

Yeah it's a shame that years of imagineers work is being spoiled.

Where's all this info from? 🤣 The donkey coaster's cool, but it's not groundbreaking tech. There's no evidence that these two other attractions will be groundbreaking in any way. In my view, Universal isn't quite on the cutting edge at least to the extent Disney is.
