Opening DHS at 6am is proving to be so smart. They are able to burn off a lot of MFSR demand those first few hours. 6-9am the lines are consistently above 2 hours while everything else in the entire resort is basically walk on or 30 minutes or under for the biggies.

IMO, there is absolutely NO WAY they don’t come to an agreement on this. It’s serves both sides to have this agreement in some form, and when that’s the case, 90% of the time, if not more, agreements are reached. Sometimes after arduous negotiations.

We are going end of September. I sure hope this isn’t what wait times for DHS settle into. 2 hours for Smugglers Run and over an hour for everything else. And hurricane playing havoc this weekend, I’m starting to think DHS could be a madhouse for our vacation.

Staying at the Marriott Lakeshore Reserve. We are Marriott MVC members we stay probably half our visits at MVC’s and half at WDW resorts. This trip the WDW resorts we’re just too expensive for September. We are taking 9 people so it was just too much to do WDW resort.

We changed our vacation to 9/22-9/28
