I'm considering booking Teppan Edo for dinner on my upcoming trip. In the dozens of times I've been to Disney I've never eaten here. Any reviews, what do you guys think, is there something different you would suggest in Epcot (aside from Le Cellier, gonna book that as well)?

Hey guys my wife and I are planning a trip for our sons first birthday and we've decided we're going to stay at a moderate resort but trying to decide which one. Which moderate resort do you prefer? We're leaning towards Coronado Springs but wanted to get some input.
