Gulfstream VERY close to the castle

I was in the hub tonight and saw this. It was quite low and very loud. Thought it was bizarre.

    Resorts allowing guests to visit?

Hope they were able to get a refund for their order! The lack of consistency can definitely be irritating at times. Seems like it would be in Disney's best interest to let people in. More $$$ for them.

    Resorts allowing guests to visit?

I usually place a mobile order, and click "I'm here. Prepare order," before pulling up to the resort. Hasn't been an issue at Grand Flo, Wilderness, or Boardwalk in the past month for me. Sometimes it depends on the security guard, but they are usually very accommodating in my experience. Not...

Jim MacPhee to retire in 2021.

Jim seemed like one of the good ones. My family and I had a less than magical trip to WDW in December 2017. Bad enough to prompt an email to George K. My comments were shared with Jim and I received a personal response from him on Christmas Eve. We spoke on the phone a few days later about the...

My Love of the Parks is Dwindling. Not sure what to do.

You remind me very much of myself, as I relate to much of what you've said here. I was part of the Spring 2020 DCP group who was sent home in March and I am also a Spring 2019 alumni. I absolutely think that suspending Disney Programs was the right thing to do for everyone's safety in the midst...

    Cinderella castle...

I think it's unlikely that Disney will ever seriously alter Cinderella Castle. It's too iconic. The castle really does need painting though. In 17 years of visiting WDW, I have never seen the castle look as bad as it does right now. The only time I remember it being seriously faded was in 2006...

    2018 Holiday Entertainment Schedule

I'll be very surprised if this ends up being the case. What would the motivation be? They would still have to pay the performers, regardless of what version of the show is performed. If this does happen, I'll be totally convinced that Disney is just careless and lazy at this point.

Happily Ever After - 2019 showtimes

Have recently heard rumblings of HEA moving to a weekend only schedule after the Christmas season. Can anyone shed some light on this? Normally I would dismiss these types of rumors, as nightly fireworks have been a tradition since my first visit to WDW. Unfortunately, with TDO's latest...

    Favourite "strange" WDW smell.....

I love the smell of the interior of the monorails (at the beginning of the day), the water in POTC, as well as the popcorn smell on Main Street. My favorite scent in all of WDW still has to the Polynesian Lobby!

    Your Favorite Disney Parade?

SpectroMagic was definitely my favorite nighttime parade. There is something magical about that soundtrack! As far as daytime parades, I love FOF (with Maleficent's dragon), but I still miss the soundtrack to Share a Dream Come True Parade.

    Candlelight Processional Dining Package

Hey everybody! Just booked our hotel and airfare for a week in early December! Was wondering if anybody has information or an experience to share regarding the Candlelight Processional dining package at Epcot? We have always just waited standby to get into the America Gardens, but the crowds...

    News Tomorrowland love

While I am not a huge fan of the Incredibles decor, it is kinda nice to see some life in MK's Tomorrowland. As a lifelong WDW visitor, I went to Disneyland earlier this month for the first time and was not too impressed by their Tomorrowland. The MK version seems much more colorful and well...
