It's allowed because the 3rd party (IBCCES) conforms to HIPAA due to the fact that the board that is reviewing the information are medical directors (and not Universal Team Members). You can still get a card without medical records but IBCCES is allowed to ask you direct questions as it pertains...

Can't say I disagree with that. I was told there is a strong pattern of the types of DAS requests though which may indicate gaming of the system. Disney has avenues they can take to mitigate this (legally) but it would come with extremely poor guest feedback and press.

Regarding inventory, AFAIK it is unchanged from FP+ but folks simply are not as willing to let a Genie+ reservation go to waste as they were the free FP+ reservations. That in conjunction with much higher DAS rates is why we have LL lines that wrap around each other far away from the attraction.

I can tell you for sure that DAS abuse has become a very significant issue (primarily among local APs) that Disney is still scratching their head on how to fix. I can't share specific numbers but the ratio of LL scans that are DAS is mind blowingly high. Yet another unforeseen or under...

I still can't imagine they mess with HEA. ROI seems minimal at best and it's not as though MK has an attendance issue. I haven't heard much about this specific rumor but drones to me sound fitting for DHS DAK considering the the pyro constraint and the lack of a compelling nighttime show.

They actually aren't RGB but integrated gel scrollers. My guess is they disabled that for creative reasons or issues with the scrollers themselves.

In all seriousness, I'd be surprised if they touched the MK nighttime spectacular spot or modify HEA even slightly; it's literally the least of their issues. Would make no sense to direct efforts there right now (not to mention risk getting it wrong again). Think it's gonna be a couple years...
