Sometimes the AP discount you can get on your room does make the free dining plan less desireable. I think that's what you're saying? You can't get both discounts, the AP rate AND the free dining plan. So you need to decided how you'd save more, paying rack rate and free dining, or paying AP...

I've never had a bug problem at all at AKL... not sure how they do it, but not one mosquito bite our whole time there (not even at the parks). Best Savannah view rooms are the 3rd or 4rth floor, Zebra Trail, facing the Inner circle. Why? 3rd or 4th floors are perfect height for viewing...
