    Dining Plan?

I have never had the dining plan in any of the many previous visits and would never purchase it. Only because it was on offer for free do I have it this time. It seems wasteful and almost gluttonous to order all that food. I usually take my own snacks, and order kids QS in the parks. I always...

    Dining Plan?

Sorry forgot to mention the upgrade. When I booked my trip last month with free dining, I was given to option to upgrade from QS dining plan (with POR booking) to Disney dining plan (with one QS, one TS and one snack). I didn't take them up on it.

    Dining Plan?

It's a no on the split stay. I'm staying at POR and Poly next year. We have free dining on the booking with the Disney tickets attached to (14 day ticket on 8 night POR), 5 nights at Poly do not have any freebies. I've been told (multiple times on threads) Disney does not recognise split...

New DAS System at Walt Disney World 2024

I agree. I have to question people going to Florida if you have 'heat intolerance'. These are the sort of requests that have probably ruined it for others who truly meet for DAS (children and young people with Autism).

    Animal Kingdom vs Magic Kingdom

We book our flights separately as it has worked out much more expensive for us (from Manchester).

    Animal Kingdom vs Magic Kingdom

They've released 2025 resort bookings but the UK offers are not usually released until April so I have another month of waiting at least before I can book for 2025, then the countdown can begin again 😁

Water bottle refill station locations across Walt Disney World Resort

Last time I went (in August 2022) the only place in MK was inside Cosmic Rays. I hope there's more now.

    Animal Kingdom vs Magic Kingdom

As much as I love AK, it doesn't have enough to do (for us) to fill a day. MK can entertain me from dawn til dusk. 17 months to go 😁

Reservations open for Walt Disney World hotel stays in 2025

I am waiting for the offers to be released for UK guests. From my research it's usually April time. It'll be a long March for me!!

    Number 1 resort

Ah okay that makes sense. We stayed in WDW resorts for 8 Christmases and I know it can be hectic at that time of year. We're going the last two weeks in August so hoping it'll not be so busy at Poly as most US school holidays have finished by then.

    Number 1 resort

Can I ask why, out of interest? I am planning on selling a kidney (well, work lots of overtime) to stay there next year for the first time, am I wasting my money? We will be 55 (female) and 17 (male).

Disney Dining Plan - Little Upside............Massive Downside

I have always felt the DDP promotes gluttony. You've paid for it, you may as well eat it, even if you don't want it.

    What do your kids eat?

Most of us change our eating habits when we are on holiday, I know we do. At home fast food is only eaten once a month or less, but in WDW we eat hot dogs, burgers, fries, ice-cream etc everyday. We wouldn't try to make the child in our party eat carrot sticks instead of fries when we are sat...
