Do you have location services on your phone turned on and is it enabled for the app? I had this same issue and it was resolved when I authorized location to be enabled when the app is in use.

Yes. You can do early entry on all of the days of your stay. From check-in morning to check-out day at midnight, you are considered to be a guest of that resort.

DVC members don't pay for park admission?!! I must have missed a memo on that deal. We all know that DVC members don't eat in the restaurants, don't pay for their hotels and kick their dogs when no one is looking.

You can get into the park at 2 PM with a regular park hopper ticket. The Jollywood ticket holders are admitted as early as 7 PM.
