I agree, their site is often hanging while you submit your payment, I don't get it, you'd think they'd invest a bit of $ into it. In this case the whole site was undergoing "maintenance" and then was back up by only via phone. Annoying.

Trying to book a resort reservation, system is down or hangs and bounces me out. No one available on chat, on hold on the phone and they are saying no reps can see any or make reservations. I'm pretty surprised that they don't have a better online process.

All I could get were PM fast passes. So if I want a sought after fast pass (Electric Parade as an example), do I have a shot? I think no as by the time I use my allotted 3, there will be nothing in the kiosks.
