I have been successful with redial I have been successful by hanging up on recordings to hold and redialing until I got a real CM. I think waiting on hold is a bad idea and will cause you not to get the PS. But I would like to discuss this stragegy with other experienced people. Scott

Don't stay on HOLD!!! Call Back!!! If you are calling for reservations to Cindy's start calling 2 minutes before the hour.... the message will say they are closed.... then if you call and get put on hold... hang up and keep redialing until you get a live operator. Scott
