I think it starts at around like 8:15ish in the morning and I would guess probably about an hour long? I think there are like 4 or 5 flags to raise. I wonder if there is a limit of how many people can do it...we'll have a Grand Gathering of 15!!

Does anyone know if WL still does the raising of the flag at the top of the hotel every morning? I know I read somewhere you could request to be the flag family. Has anyone ever done this? How do you request it? There will be a group of 15 of us staying there in November. Thank you!

I know the dining plan has changed since we were at WDW last year (no gratuity included for table service, no appetizer for table service), but have they also limited what you can use your snack option for. I know last time we were pretty much able to use it for anything under $4. Thanks!!

Please post how your trip went after you get back and what you felt you needed/didn't need. My husband and I will be going in November '08 with a 5/6 month old (our first!!) so any advice will be good advice. We'll also be going with 10 other family members so I'm sure that will help!!!
