Trip Report Heigh-Ho, Heigh-Ho it’s off to TR’ing we go!!

And I swear, before anyone thinks I’m biting off @wdisney9000’s title I’m not!! I had the title in my mind while I was on the plane. Imagine my surprise when I opened up this app & saw his latest!! I debated but it was hard enough for me to come up with that title much less pick another one. @wdisney9000 I hope you’re ok with this!! And more importantly now that I know we’re both here at the same time I hope we get to meet up again!!

Ok, here we go!!

Here’s the crew(in the elevator-interesting place for a pic) when we first arrived here an hour ago!!

Leaving cold, dreary Pittsburgh behind!!

In a much warmer climate!!

We have a 1BR in The Springs section. Literally right across the street from the main building. Perfect!!

Check out the new soap/lotions!!

We headed to bell services to pick up our groceries & when I looked at the app I saw that they canceled our order!! I placed it again & it should be delivered this evening. I don’t understand why but the silver lining is that I took off the hand soap now that Disney has liquid in the room. We normally always order a liquid one so it saved us a few bucks!!

Wow!! My apologies. I just stumbled across this & realized I never responded. Looking at my last few comments I’m thinking it had something to do with that monstrous snow we got along with the 30+ days of below freezing temps. Brutal winter & it’s not over yet!! Low of 32 on Monday. Yet high of 76 Sunday. Gotta love Pittsburgh weather!!

Such a wonderful surprise to see a TR notification for you! Really enjoyed this one, as always. You guys are seriously making me want to take a spring trip to Orlando

I don't know how I missed you writing this TR Patti but needless to say, I was thrilled when I opened up the TR forum board and found this!!! I heard some of your adventures from Darstarr when I saw her last week and it made me wish that I could have arrived earlier in the week to be a part of the fun together!!! I agree about the line cutting that seems to be happening more often at WDW and I wish the CM's would say something! We loved our meal at Wailulu Grill at the Poly during our December trip! Once again, your TR's are always such a pleasure to read and I appreciate you taking the time to entertain us with your adventures. Hi to the crew for me!

Stopped by Muddy Rivers & found out(& called R to give him the bad news)that they no longer are serving frozen Jack & Cokes. He’s bummed to say the least.

It’s pretty quiet here & a beautiful night. I’m totally enjoying the change from my hometown weather!!

The big bummer is that I was super excited to see Yee-Ha Bob during my one night stay here but unfortunately he’s on vacation. He’ll be back on Friday but I will be elsewhere then. I found this out a few weeks ago & while disappointed I am still happy to be staying at my favorite resort & enjoying every moment of it!!

I was at FQ for 3 weeks and came home Monday, visited Riverside (well Muddy Rivers!) a few times and noticed the frozen JD & coke was no longer available too .
Room looked lovely too. Will tag along on this report as Disney blues have set in seriously

I went to AK for a bit.
@littleroo here’s 2 of my companions!!

They actually got here on Tuesday. The rest of the crew(E,J & JSR)is coming tonight.

It’s hard to tell from this picture but this is the snack size fried rice from Yak & Yetti. Yes, I know it’s a snack size but it’s ridiculously tiny & expensive. 6.49!!

H & T went to ride Everest while I went to Festival of the Lion King. I was in the first row behind the handicapped section. I got to see so many details that I’ve never noticed before. One detail I could have done without though was the woman next to me breastfeeding her baby!! I’m sorry, that makes me feel very uncomfortable.

I spent time reading signs that I normally don’t pay attention to.

Time to leave!!! I can’t believe I’m saying this after the brutal winter we’ve had but it’s way too hot today!!

We were switching to Saratoga today. While on the bus E(who was at the airport in Pittsburgh) texted us that the room was ready!! All of our luggage had been transferred so we picked that up & headed to the room.

@MickeyCB I thought of you!!

Our groceries were due to be delivered so I headed back to the lobby area to pick them up. While waiting for bell services to give me a ride back I realized that the Pepperidge Farm Goldfish that T wanted wasn’t there. I messaged the shopper & he told me that they were. Then it wouldn’t let me message him anymore so I guess we’re out.

When I got back H & T had already gone to the pool. I headed here but they had already left. I thought about grabbing dinner here but I’m going to head to the main building instead.

I went to Artist’s Pallete for dinner. R had the meatloaf there awhile back & really enjoyed it so I figured I’d give it a try. It was really good!! My only gripe is that you have to order/pay then sit at the table & wait for your food. So much for quick service. It took 17 minutes from the time I paid for it to get it. And they weren’t busy.

Around 9:00 the rest of the crew arrived!! This is J’s birthday trip. I got him the same thing I got him last year. LL’s!!

Time to use them!! We’re at Epcot now!!

The crew is on SSE.

Never really stopped to look closely here.

I feel bad. Walt looks lonely.

E & I are waiting in The Land for the crew to get off of Guardians.

Things did not go as planned.

But they got to participate in a ride evacuation!!

The crew stayed up front to cash in on some more LL’s while I headed to the back in search of the newest internet sensation for E & H.

On my way I admired one of my favorite sights of the Flower & Garden Festival.

Not part of the festival but another favorite of mine!!

My destination was LaCava but what I was looking for wasn’t there. The bartender looked at me like I had 10 heads.

When in Rome(Mexico) you get a Pepe’s Special!!

There’s the man himself although he didn’t make my drink!!

I found what they wanted at one of the stands!!

E said if there were a lot for me to wait until later to get them but the way people were buying them up I knew there was no time like the present. It’s a spill proof margarita glass. The woman who checked me out asked me if I heard about them on the internet(which E did). She said they’re selling like crazy!!

I decided I should get a snack before dinner.

Which I ate on Disney’s finest of tables!!

Saw this cutie in the restroom!!

Guardians is back up & running so I’m hoping they were able to make it all the way through this time!!

One of my daughters sent me a photo of those margarita glasses, I’m very jealous. I definitely need a grown up sippy cup , hopefully they’re available next time I’m there
