This space is used as a CM Break room, or was at one point in recent years so I would say it’s safe to say there is no asbestos in this area.

That wouldn't preclude asbestos -- asbestos only becomes dangerous during demolition (or manufacturing).

I think it's very unlikely there is any asbestos remaining there though.

It’s a pretty common phenomenon in the fan community. Disney does something people don’t like and eventually a technical issue that Disney can’t avoid gets circulated as the cause.
The rights to use promotional photos of a replica of Grauman's Chinese Theater being revoked and thus forcing Disney to find a way to prevent guests from photographing it for example.

I think the Tokyo Tomorrowland looks good, but I think it is mostly because they still have their towers and waterfalls in place... The architectural forms themselves still look futuristic... Sadly ours are gone and will not come back... I think we are stuck now with the completely uninspired rocks and iron-like white ring ... It is not great....or even good....

Even not running, the forms are still sculptural and beautiful...I thought they just had the tower waterfall, but I may be mistaken on that...I remember seeing a picture of it running but it could have been old... There is no reason why these things could not work in some fashion... I believe the technology is there now... even if it is all lighting and screen integration...it could still be beautiful and kinetic.... rather than our Tomorrowland that is just rocks...

Could be worse, could be Disneyland's Tomorrowland.

Just because someone claims there are alligators in the utilidors doesn't mean we all deserve to know for sure whether there are alligators in the utilidors or not.

Some have had it with the alligators in the utilidors.

not what I would have in mind...lol. But the Aria has beautiful kinetic waterfalls at their entrance....that don't spray people with water...it adds a whole lot to their entrance.... Not sure they could make that system work on the exact duplicate waterfalls they had in Tomorrowland, but they could probably do something that was dramatic with them...something that would look modern and suit the theme....
