Oops, this is why you should catch up on the thread before responding, sorry @UNCgolfLet me help you… Disney acquired Marvel for $4 billion and grossed more that $30 billion in the next 15 years.

No no, don't apologize, some people just need the obvious repeated for them.Oops, this is why you should catch up on the thread before responding, sorry @UNCgolf
I am not a fan of the Iger model of acquiring assets that don't line up with your brand identity only for the financial benefits.I don't think they bought Marvel for theme parks. The total Marvel box office take is over $30 billion dollars, plus they've used it for a bunch of Disney+ content.
What brand identity is so bad that Disney should be steering clear from with Marvel? It was a super popular franchise that they were able to get in its brand new prime before it took off nuclearI am not a fan of the Iger model of acquiring assets that don't line up with your brand identity only for the financial benefits.
Mythical animalsCoco doesn't have anything to do with animals either. There is another park where Coco WOULD be perfect for but is currently being hosted by three birds.
You are doubling down on that take? Take your losses my man.I am not a fan of the Iger model of acquiring assets that don't line up with your brand identity only for the financial benefits.
You know something, there's a deleted scene where Tony Stark owns an alpaca. An alpaca is an animal. Animals.... Disney's... Animal Kingdom?
Let's get Iron Man in Disney's Animal Kingdom stat!
I can't find out which one will help you the most but you seem to like all of them so you might as well take a look at them all.
Sounds logical to me.You know something, there's a deleted scene where Tony Stark owns an alpaca. An alpaca is an animal. Animals.... Disney's... Animal Kingdom?
Let's get Iron Man in Disney's Animal Kingdom stat!
Fail to see how that’s an interesting take at all.Your opinions are…interesting.
That take isn’t controversial either. You are doubling down on that take? Take your losses my man.
Also some Tropical Americas aerial pictures

Sorry, but I’ll never think of Disney’s brand and image when say watching the newest Predator film, heck even Ice Age
I still don't think Avatar fits. It fits the park aesthetic wise but not theme-wise.personally don't see how Indy or Encanto is any different then Avatar being in this park. and avatar turned out great so hopeful this project turns out similar in spirit.
They clearly don't care about that parks theme anymore either. And hey, isn't California Adventure supposed to get an AVATAR land as well?
Not short enough considering how many years to come we will be watching Disney destroy what's left of what used to make the parks special.Life is short people.
So would anyone have an interest in a construction-only thread?
I don't know, maybe I'm the only one who doesn't want to have to skim through 20 pages of the same two or three people repeatedly posting the exact same complaints they've been posting since the project was announced, while looking for construction updates...
I still don’t really associate marvel as Disney or vice versa. Not that I dislike marvel, nor do Disney necessarily harm its image by acquiring marvel. That’s where I would diverge in opinionNor do I generally, but the Alien franchise and Lucasfilm franchises have both existed in Disney parks since the 80’s. I see no real point lamenting a brand identity ship that clearly sailed 35+ years ago. Marvel notwithstanding, which for the most part is more or as family friendly than two of those items.
It’s funny that the complaint is not actually being lodged at the relevant property to this thread, which betrays its recency bias.
